"We considered Dr. Saurabh to be a wise and genuine doctor, but over the past few visits, we witnessed an arrogant and extremely defensive attitude from his side. As a patient, or guardian of a patient, we can have our apprehensions and concerns, sharing which brought him and his staff a lot of discomfort. It was surprising to see the doctor covering the mistake from his incompetent staff as the result of me sharing my concern with them. He even feels that if anyone comes to a doctor for 2nd opinion, it means he/she doesn't trust the doctor. According to him, a patient should come to a doctor and surrender himself completely to his will , and never question anything. Everyone knows how commercialized and unfair the medical practices have become, and it is natural for anyone to feel the need to validate the course of treatment by consulting other doctors too. He literally humiliated me for asking a few questions. In a previous instance, he spoke very rudely and later asked for apology through his wife, and when we visited again, he again started finding reasons for his behavior and justifying by making false statements. I feel, such behavior from him left me with no reason to trust him in future. You gain respect by giving respect. If you cannot give respect to your customers, it is very likely that they won't do that either."
